By registering and purchasing a ticket to participate in a Caravan Art Bazaar workshop, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

BIPOC-Centered Event
This workshop is intended to be an affinity space for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). Participants acknowledge they identify as BIPOC.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Thanks to grant funding, we are proud to create and offer FREE experiences for BIPOC participants, and we ask that all registered participants honor the time of CAB staff, facilitating artists, and others who wish to participate. These events have limited availability/space, and are highly anticipated, but free tickets often times mean no call no shows. Our previous workshop had five no shows day of, which meant folks on our waitlist were unfortunately unable to join. To ensure as many people are able to enjoy this experience together as possible, we are asking participants send us a deposit to reserve their spot in the workshop. We will refund deposits on the final day of the workshop! No call, no shows, and cancellations after October 12th will forfeit deposit.

PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT
Participants agree to engage respectfully and follow the guidance of the facilitator. Caravan Art Bazaar reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

MEDIA RELEASE
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Caravan Art Bazaar & the Facilitating Artist reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional and archival purposes across any media platform without compensation to participants.
