Reconnecting with the natural world after a disaster can be difficult. We can hold on to fear and even resentment, blocking our ability to be at peace with nature. Nature provides us with peace, beauty, and infinite wonder. Reflecting in nature by focusing and recording our observations, thoughts, and experiences is a practice that can bring healing in times of crisis.

This workshop is free, and intended only for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). If you do not identify as BIPOC, this is not an event for you. We will be hosting another public workshop in the fall!
