WNC AAPI Artists

Several WNC AAPI community members are artists, partners, and volunteers in Caravan Art Bazaar, a Collective of local BIPOC Artists & Organizations in WNC.

A few artists in the CAB Collective have prints and other artworks for sale that help contribute to the WNC AAPI Mutual Aid Fund.

You can find artwork on display and for sale at any popup market event by CAB, or at one of their Rotation Galleries located around town.

Caravan Art Bazaar hosts events such as markets and pop-ups where artwork from the CAB Collective and other vendors sell their creations.

CAB also hosts workshops on occasion, such as the Loy Krathong Lantern Workshops at Dalaya Thai, and the Mask Making Workshops with artist House of Arulu.

Our Rotating Gallery at Cooperative Coffee Shop comes to a close Feb 28th. Catch it while you can!

Caravan Art Bazaar’s ART 4 AID program uses art for good by donating a percent of sales from artwork by participating artists to various grassroots mutual aid programs near and far.

To date, CAB has helped raise over $17,000 in funds for Hurricane Helene disaster relief in North Carolina, rainforest conservation in Peru and Sumatra, community land stewardship near Cherokee, affordable housing in Swannanoa NC, community art experiences in Asheville, cultural preservation in Vietnam, and more!
