By registering and purchasing a ticket to participate in a Caravan Art Bazaar workshop, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable due to the nature of this workshop and the procurement of food, supplies, venue, etc. Refunds cannot be issued for reasons including but not limited to cancellation by the participant, scheduling conflicts, traveling conflicts, or no-shows.
MEDIA RELEASE
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Caravan Art Bazaar & the Facilitating Artist reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional and archival purposes across any media platform without compensation to participants.
PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT
Participants agree to engage respectfully and follow the guidance of the facilitator. Caravan Art Bazaar reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
PAYMENT & DUE DATE
All Payments are due May 16th 11pm EST
Ticket fee is $300, which covers the workshop, food, and supplies
