Jungle Branch

Photography has always been a form of therapy for me, and something I’ve mainly allowed my heart to guide me on. I explore this medium through forced variety, always seeking ways to weave stories and capture this planets magic, woes, and wonder.

Always chasing light through adventure, curiosity, love stories, creations, and more. Part of my mission through this craft is building bridges between different audiences to help close the gaps between humans and our drastically severed connection with nature, and hope that some of my work helps inspire positive change and action to protect Earth.

Mike Talyad / Asheville, NC

Mike is the founder, manager, and photographer of Caravan Art Bazaar, and dedicated to using his craft as a means to document important stories near and far. While Mike’s primary focus has been environmental topics meant to educate and raise awareness on global issues and the grassroots movements trying to tackle them, he photographs stories of all kinds.

Jungle Branch offers photographic services in commercial, documentary, editorial, lifestyle, non-profit, weddings, and more.

Getting to know my clients goals and stories is a huge part of my approach when preparing for any kind of job. Whether you’re a parent seeking family portraits, a chef showcasing a menu, an artist documenting their project, or a wedding couple preparing for the big day, my goal is to blend my style with your story.

My backgrounds in documentary, studio portraits, live performance, and wildlife photography have all played a huge role in shaping my style across various forms of work. I love covering stories in ways that make the viewer feel like they’re in that moment just as much as I love creating images that make the viewer try to make sense of what they are seeing.
